I operate a 24 hour cancellation policy, please email at your earliest convenience if you are unable to go ahead with your appointment. Payment will not be refunded if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours. I understand things may happen, so contact me should you need to reschedule.

Treatments must be paid in full via my booking page to confirm your appointment. Please contact me via email should you have any issues making your payment or appointment. Cancellations up until the 24 hour window will result in a full refund being made to you.

If you are booking an eyelash lift, eyebrow lamination or any tint treatment a Patch Test is legally required a minimum of 48 hours before your first appointment. This is a complimentary service, and is bookable on my app. Failure to schedule this will result in cancellation of your appointment.

As I am a mobile therapist, I have a lot of equipment to carry with me. It is important that I am able to park directly outside or very close to your address. Please include directions within your consultation form.

I offer treatments in and around Oban. I will occasionally accept clients from further away, subject to surcharge. I only take bookings for treatments in private residential homes or local businesses subject to the owner’s permission.

Please be ready to receive your treatment upon my arrival at your home. Treatments should begin no later than 15-30 minutes after my arrival. This allows time for set up and consultation. My treatment cost is inclusive of travel, set up and pack down time.

Your information will be stored for 7 years after the date of your last treatment. Digital data is password protected on all devices that can access it. If you have any questions regarding this privacy policy or any information that I have on you, please contact me by email. You have the right to request access to any personal data held by me and can request that all your data be removed from my records at any time. You have a right to complain if you do not feel I am handling your data correctly, please contact me by the contact details above.  If you are unhappy with my response you should then contact the ICO (Independent Commissioner’s Office) by following the web page https://ico.org.uk/concerns/

With the information you have given, I would like to send you details on any offers, products or services that I provide. I would also like to send you an appointment reminder by SMS or email. Following your treatment I may like to contact you to share further relevant aftercare. Please be aware you do NOT need to agree to any of these purposes for contact for your treatment to commence.

A treatment cannot take place on anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Any inappropriate or sexually suggestive behaviour will not be tolerated. For my own personal security I reserve the right to refuse a treatment booking with no reason given and to stop a treatment at any time with the full cost of the treatment being charged. For personal security I do not take individual bookings from men who are unknown to me.

What information about you do I need for my records? Full Name, Phone Numbers, Full Address including town, county and postcode, Date of Birth & Email Address.

I will also require that you fill out a health questionnaire to ensure that the treatment you are about to have is safe to go ahead and that you are not contra-indicated. This information will be reviewed at every appointment to ensure there are no changes. This form will also include any medication that you are currently taking.

I require the above information to ensure that it is safe for me to carry out the treatment(s) you require and to also ensure that I am working in adherence to my insurance policies. My lawful basis for processing this personal information is ‘contract’, this means that I have a legal reason to ask you for your data because I need it for contractual reasons. In order for me to fulfil my part of the contract (carry out treatment). You must fulfil your part of the contract (share your personal information).

You do not have to share your personal data with me, but if you do not, I cannot, unfortunately offer you any treatment.
